We believe alternative and renewable energy sources, real estate development, industrial and engineering construction will play a major role in meeting future overall infrastructural demand — how large a role depends on many factors, including advances in technology, governmental and public sector acceptance and economic viability.

And through our Civil Society program, we work with community groups to help residents build organizations that will ensure participatory democracy and effective local governance.
